I am a biologists, restoration ecologist, naturalist, photographer, and musician. Currently I am a postdoctoral researcher at Pennsylvania State University working with Margarita López-Uribe. I am focusing on monitoring native bee communities and setting up a bee monitoring program with Pennsylvania Master Gardeners. I am passionate about observing, admiring, understanding, and sharing the beauty and complexity of organisms of all sizes. I’ve conducted a wide variety of research in ecology, evolution, and restoration mostly with experimental approaches and a focus on understanding how human activities shape biodiversity and species interactions.
